Swim pool, it’s very clean . Air conditioner is powerful, there is a lot of chairs ,free car to Alina beach, and it’s same as the photos on the booking

The floor of the room is slippery, I don’t know what’s wrong with it , It made me feel dirty. Under the bed has a big stone , your leg must will hit it, it will be very painful. When we arrived here , they didn’t provide new shampoo and body wash , and in period of living time , they didn’t prepare new toilet paper.

Just the pool BUT needs to have shallower one for kids like 3 feet so kids can have fun. Poor planning part of it should be 3 feet for kids and adults couldn't swim.

Paid extra per head per night but unable to provide enough number of towels and dishes for the people staying sayin oh even other villa also we couldn't provide cuz it's not dried up yet. It's not our problem for that reasoning no dry towels Real hotels are ready all the time, should have extras. Restroom no shampoo n conditioner in one room. No face towel and no rugs on floor from coming in n out from the pool. No extra toilet paper for 10 people have to asked evryday but very good cuz they give us 4 when we asked.Evry morning we finish eating big plates are not replaced and left us with 2 big ones and we were just using the small plates.. villa not cleaned when we come back after our tour. Had to call for service..saying no enough worker The extra mattress is very thin and hurts our body it's almost touching the hard floor for what we paid. The service should have enough if we paying extras per head per night . We appreciate and great thumbs up for drinking water and ready refill. Staff very very friendly and hardworker. Youre workers are very acclmodating and VERY HELPFUL and Quick to APOLOGITIC for their policies. They come right away and APOLOGIZE right away .

Lovely pool, bedroom and Bathroom facilities were good. You can do some light cooking which was handy for the kids. The staff were very helpful and always friendly. Shuttle service to the beaches. And a supermarket down the road which was really convenient. We loved our stay and highly recommend

The pool and lounge area were perfect. Great place to relax and hang out. Staff were all very friendly and kind - the shuttle into town is a nice extra!

I have been working in tourism for over 30 years, so I travel extensively, both for business and personal reasons. From my rich experience, I can sum up a stay at Balli Villas in one word: wonderful! The rooms (villas) are modern, minimalist in design, yet they have everything you need for a luxurious stay. Comfortable, clean, and discreet. The pool is gorgeous, large enough to swim in. The outdoor kitchen is practical and allows for a fully functional cooking experience. What truly gives the place its soul, however, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to fulfill our requests. The location is a bit removed from the tourist crowds, but the accommodation offers free transport to nearby beaches as well as the city center. We love our privacy, and it's no trouble at all to drive 10 minutes to our desired locations. And all these locations are no more than 10 minutes away, while at the same time, you get to enjoy complete comfort and privacy at Villa Balli. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the perfect blend of comfort and privacy!

The only suggestion I would make to the management is to add a bit more lighting around the bathroom mirror. Other than that, everything is truly perfect.

The swimming pool to quench the hot weather.

We are total of 13 people and 1 kid. My reservation is for 12people but the Front desk charge me 4 extra mattress. Supposed to be just for 2 extra. 🙂‍↕️ Our bathroom kind of dark - one bulb not working. Told the front desk of this and it says where not going to charge you. I guess she didn’t understand. Bathroom needs improvements i.e. shelf @Villa 6

Privacy

The pool gets too warm.

I liked the villa layout and the privacy it offers. The private pool in every villa is a plus ensuring private use. The rooms are very comfortable and offers great airconditioning.

The cleanliness could be improved especially around the pool. Make up room service could also be improved. Breakfast menu choices are not available and breakfast is dependent on what the cook would cook in the morning. Free shuttle service is a hit or miss and a ride to town using the tuk tuk would be an added costs. This facility only deals with cash.
