Lovely staff and quiet location

The villa itself was very good. The private pool was really nice and a decent size. The property was very clean and the staff were helpful.

Unfortunately the location is a bit far from the town and beach area. Not really a walkable distance. The property does offer a van service which helps.

The shower smelled so rusty because the shower head was full of rust. When I asked the receptionist about it she answered me sarcastically which made me feel uncomfortable. I put the sign to make up the room, but no one came and they did not supply enough toiletries for our two-day stays. They overcharge for the visitors. The receptionist is not accommodating and has no good customer service.

The staff were very nice and accomodating. The free shuttle van was very useful. Property was beautiful and looks like the photos, and it was great to have a private pool.

Shower water was warm and would’ve been nice to have a hotter option - although the weather is quite warm so this isn’t a big issue.

It’s a long way from the town/beach.

We stayed at Bali Villas Panglao from January 4-8 and had a wonderful experience overall! The villa we rented had a private pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The rooms were nice, cool, and comfortable—a great escape from the heat. Plus, the location was fantastic, within walking distance of many places. The team at the front desk was incredibly friendly and responsive, helping with everything from arranging tours and rides to booking in-villa massages. A few things to note: * The property is cash-only, so be prepared. * While the front desk arranged transportation well, the tuk-tuk driver they use consistently overcharged us. The front desk provided a price, but the driver always asked for more, which got frustrating after multiple trips. We wished there were more tuk-tuk options to spread the business around. * The free shuttle from the hotel wasn’t reliable, so expect to rely on tuk-tuks or private drivers instead. Renting a private car with a driver for a day was an excellent decision—we highly recommend it! Other conveniences included laundry service, food delivery, and their ability to arrange almost anything we needed. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had an amazing stay. The friendly team, private pool, and great location made it a memorable experience. We’d happily return!
