Kazzhol Park Hotel Almaty

Very good hotel for the Stans visit. Very polite and helpful staff. Room is a good size as is the bathroom. Breakfast is better than most. Great omelette. Bed provides good comfort. TV selection includes CNN. AC not very forceful but window open shared cool nighttime temperatures. Lots of dining options nearby. Very good location.

I recently stayed at Kazzhol Park, and the experience truly lived up to its name. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth and quick, with a warm welcome. The room was spacious, impeccably clean What truly sets apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. All my needs were met promptly.

Actually every thing was great. Especially the front desk Jannel she was very helpful she was excellent in every aspect.

Not the first and hopefully not the last time I stay at Kazzhol Park. Been there on the last 5-6 business trips. Every time it surprises me how bad is the lightning choice at breakfast zone is - more of a morgue style bright neon, which obviously makes food look "dead". That is accompanied by abysmal cleanness of tables and near grinding to halt speed of waiters. I.e. it's quite usual that tables are not getting cleaned properly, forks and spoons missing altogether. The food quality is also so-so. This is only saved by nice freshly prepared on demand fried eggs + properly done coffee that you can buy by going directly through the door from breakfast area to the summer terrace with a coffee spot. Dear hotel admin, please, visit Novotel and check their breakfast area for a know-how. I'm willing to pay more to get good breakfast experience ;) Overall rating for breakfast is 1.5 out of 5, which is a disgrace for an otherwise nice hotel.

Nice hotel and comfy

The door of the bathroom doesn't offer much privacy.

Very comfortable, very professional reception staff, the restaurant has very tasty food in the menu.

The breakfast was good but with limited options. The location was good.

The toilets were without water bidet which was a challenge to us.
