Unique room, like two level apartment, clean, simple with touch of culture. Very good breakfest. Next to park, nice location for walking around.

"Good group stay"

The rooms are nice and clean and have a dressing area. There is a good working wifi, in room safe and minibar with even beer, but no bottle opener. Luckily we have one in our travel essentials. For a short time the electricity went out but it was soon restored. However, this is more a problem for Almaty than for the hotel I guess. There were also no soft tissues in the room (no disaster). The breakfast buffet was average. Service is good.

"Very good and central two night stay"

We stayed here with a group as part of a two night stay. The hotel is within walking distance of most things in central Almaty and opposite a park. Breakfast was pleasant and all facilities were as expected. It was my husband’s significant birthday while we were here and the hotel were very accommodating of putting up a banner in the breakfast room as a surprise for him.
