"dirty towels and bugs"

towels not changed found some type of bugs in my room they gave us other rooms but who know how clean that was. if you find bugs in a hotel that should say a lot

"Good location with a cafe on site"

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was well appointed. The location was ideal with various dining options. There is a cafe on site which provided a lovely place to have a coffee/tea and treat with a view of a park.
