Exceptional location—everything is right at your doorstep. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our stay. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. A great choice if you’re after convenience and a comfortable place to rest.

Ioved the apartment expect the fact that there’s no elevator

Property is in a very convenient spot for the fringe. Very easy instructions for getting the keys which aren’t too far from the property.

1. I requested a 2 PM check-in through Booking.com, and they confirmed it. But later, I was told by the company that check-in wouldn’t be until 4:15–4:30 PM. It’d be good if the info from Booking.com and the property matched up to avoid confusion. 2. My check-in got pushed back twice because a cleaner called in sick. Obviously, I have no issue with that—if you’re sick, you’re sick—but it didn’t seem like any backup plan was in place. First, check-in was delayed to 5:30 PM, but when we got there, the cleaners were still working. By 5:45, they still weren’t done, and since my partner really needed the toilet, we had to go in while they were still cleaning. Not ideal for us or them, and I feel like better planning could’ve prevented it. 3. Because of the delays, we had to rush straight to the Fringe instead of having time to properly check in, freshen up, and relax for a bit. Originally, we were supposed to check in at 4:30 PM, but we didn’t actually settle in until 8:30 PM. Which was not ideal. 4. The check-in delays directly caused us to miss most of our Fringe show, which started at 6 PM. We arrived late, were almost turned away at the door, and barely got to experience what we paid for. This was a $300 event (2 tickets), and it’s completely unacceptable that proper arrangements were not made. If check-in had gone as planned, this would not have happened. I’m extremely frustrated about this and honestly expected a bit more professionalism from the accomodation company. Yes these things can happen but this is where a company can learn in the future to avoid such situations as not only does it put pressure on the staff and management but it also affects the people staying at your accomodation. 5. The room itself was very nice and clean but i did notice that there was lots of hair and dark stains on pillows and blankets. This was also the case in the bathroom.

Fantastic location and parking was easy across the street in the car park.

Felt like it didn’t match the pictures. Not as modern as the pictures.

It took a half an hr to get the key .we was sent a different location to get the key.room wasn’t clean. There was a lot of dust under the beds. There was a sock under the bed. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.
