I came to stay this time for the 3rd time. There was very thick dust under the bed. I came for the third time and it was the same. The bedsheets are not clean. I get a rash every time I sleep there. I would like to improve cleanliness.

"The place was huge and nice to stay with balcony but the managing company was really terrible."

It has balcony, kitchen was well equipped.

There was no elevator and it was not mentioned until we got our check- in instruction. We were not given the check in instruction despite my numerous emails. My daughter had to call and made a fuss only then they send the instruction to her . The check out instruction was also wrongly given . They also tried to charge us extra for being tourist.

"Great location, descent apartment layout but the check-in process could do with a re-think"

The number one advantage of booking here was the location. It is right above the underground car park spot which was very convenient and practically next door to the restaurant area of Adelaide and only 10 minutes from the CBD.

The online check-in system is cumbersome to say the least. There is no on-site reception so patrons need to take a selfie picture holding up valid ID and send to staff prior to checking in. The check-in process then requires an online form to be completed which is simple enough although it is flawed - there's two questions about whether baby cot and bathing tub (something like this) was required requiring a yes or no response yet answering either way would not be accepted by the system therefore it was impossible to continue further so I had to make various calls to their customer service line (outsourced overseas to the Philippines by the way) before they could do a manual check-in for me which would then trigger an email to be sent with the Check-In Manual that contained where to get the key and parking garage remote from and this process was also flawed. Despite being reassured multiple times by staff during my 8 hour drive from Melbourne to Adelaide that my key and remote was 100% left in the private security box opposite the apartment, there was a mix-up somehow and only the parking remote was left with no key so our family of 6 people (with 4 young kids) were left standing in the cold for around 20 minutes waiting for the property owner to come to personally deliver the keys. However, to be fair - the property owner, Phil, was actually very nice and offered to compensate us after we checked out. The facility itself was OK, spacious and overall fairly clean, but the TV's remote was an aftermarket replacement so it did not allow turning on the TV channels or changing the connection source (at least I tried being tech savvy with no luck) but overall beds were comfortable and the lounge was well presented so no complains with the property in general.
