Location.

Stairs, would have liked a lift. The furniture were a bit below standard. Some appeared to be purchased from the op shop. The floor could do with a good clean. Patio door lock broken. The toaster didn't work, and kept blowing a fuse. The unit was advertised to sleep three, two beds and a sofa bed. No sofa bed in the unit as advertised! No bedding for the 3rd person. On the stove the settings on the buttons could not be read as they were worn. Only 2 teaspoons.

"Ideal spacious family apartment in CBD"

Very spacious apartment located in the heart of Adelaide. It has all facilities and appliances needed for a family. Lowest price for the best conditions. Parking just under the apartment. Staff was easy to contact and always friendly although this is a self-serviced apartment. We felt at home, had some fun and saved some money.

"To hard to check in and to many texts during stay"

It was to hard to check in. The hardest I've ever had to do. They wanted photo's of me... Then they kept texting and emailing multiple tolimes a day to see if I wanted to extend my stay and offer me other items. Nit happy

"No Parking and Noisy"

It was clean and I had all facilities that I needed except TV remote.

The ad says that they have parking, well they don't.. Misleading advertisement!!!The parking is public, across the street and cost $4 per hour. The location is most noisy ever.. the pub across the street has 6 nights life music and even with year plugs I couldn't escape the beet, and people's shouting to 2-4am. I also find annoying the registration system, I spend a lot of time to comply in order to receive the keys. The staff is friendly but didn't do much when I said that the TV remote doesn't work and the TV need to be switched from the power point and the batteries constantly run away because the remote is broken. They didn't move a finger to replace it during my 10 day stay.....
