Royal Tulip Muscat

The hotel was such an amazing stay! The rooms are so clean!! Breakfast was delicious, Johnny served us breakfast every morning and he was absolutely amazing and helped us out a lot.

Great experience, the hotel manager (wore a suit), i did not get his name was helpful, courteous and observant, always checking guests needs were met. Samson, was great and attentive both in the resturant and in the swimming pool bar, explaining how the coconut here was good for coconut water, and did not at this stage have a hard shell. Johny was attentive during breakfast. Breatfast was a feast to look forward to, before they closed breakfast, they would go round to each and every table informing guests, they were about to close, so grab your last orders. All staff, were really helpdul and ensured all your needs were met, truely a 5* hotel. From the couteous chamber maids (who did an excellent job in rooms) to the friendly helpful reception staff, to the swimming pool attendants ( who met you with a smile and asked ifbyiu wanted a towel) and the all waiters and staff in the resturant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel in Muscat. Everything was perfectly organized and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Johnny, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

As a family of 3, we were allocated a suite including 2 televisions, a sofa, 4 person table plus 2 desks and several more arm chairs. There was also a display cabinet in the master bedroom. It was the most impressive (or excessive!) space that we have ever stayed in, the only downside was that we were only at the hotel for one night and had to be at the airport early for our flight so we could not take full advantage of the room or many of the other hotel facilities. We went to the roof top area for sunset and we used the pool with our 6 year son, which only had one other person swimming in it. We also walked to the mall (with Ikea) which is about 10 minutes walk to eat in the evening. The pedestrian access is through the car park which you reach first from the hotel, not the way Google Maps tries to take you as we unfortunately found out!

Good location for trips outside of Muscat. Near malls and restaurants. Hotel lives up to its 4 star rating. Breakfast has adequate variety. Hotel advertises being sustainable but it could do a lot more, like provide refillable soap, etc dispensers instead of supplying small ones everyday.

Yes, I really enjoyed the hotel and the environment and the experience the service is really good and the hosts are welcoming I recommend it to others

Magnifique hôtel Très bien situé pour vivre au rythme de Mascate. Rooftop avec une vue panoramique sur la ville.

My friend and I had a good 3 night stay at this hotel as a stopover. Check in was quick and you were informed of the amenities available to you. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was ok, however my food allergies were not catered for. The staff was attentive to our needs and nothing was not too much trouble. The spa area is lovely and we enjoyed the facilities. It has a steam room, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The view from the roof top is lovely. From the hotel is a short walk to a large mall with a supermarket which was a bonus and there are lots of restaurants in the area. I would stay here again.
