Royal Tulip Muscat

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Jony the waiter for his great attention and hospitality, he really made the experience better.

As instructor i travel extensively and just spent 2 weeks at the royal tulip hotel staying and giving courses at their conference center. All the hotel staff was friendly and professional providing excellent services. Special mention of Jony whom looked after me and participants at the conference center who went above expectations to make our course first class

Breakfast was okey. Big room. Good location. 10 min walk to shopping center and Ikea. Nice pool area. But the water was to warm. Good AC.

Der Services war echt super und extrem schnell. Sauber und Reinigungspersonal super super nett. Nur die Wc's waren komisch und Wasserdruck sehr schwach. Was extrem schade war, das die Terrasse oben schon um 22 oder 22:30 Uhr geschlossenen wurde. Wir das Hotel wegen diesen Ausblick gebucht, aber leider nicht geschafft es zu sehen, war echt traurig. Sonst war alles gut.

A good value for money hotel, with very good friendly staff, very comfortable room, good rooftop pool and excellent breakfast. Hotel is central Muscat, with a short taxi ride needed to visit better restaurants and beach. Good quality of air con; Don't underestimate the heat! Oman is a lovely friendly country, and visitors are made very welcome.

We stayed at this hotel while in Muscat ( for the first part of our travel) when we had some tours etc. I must say it’s an amazing hotel in terms of price/quality ratio and is of a very good value for money. Very well located in the city centre - Bawshar, close to two big mall, restaurants, etc. The staff members here are polite , smiling and pretty efficient. The reception guys are very welcoming, the Wave restaurant and pool bar guys are good, the room service is fast and the cleaning of rooms is always on time. The breakfast is maybe not the best I have ever try , but one can find everything they want. The pool is not big, but big enough for a city hotel, so enough to relax a bit. The view from the pool over the city is great. So even if you do not stay here , you can come to upstairs restaurant a watch a sunset over Muscat. The rooms are pretty large, the beds are comfy and all extras, like coffe, tea, shampoos are replenished all the time. Overall, definitely a perfect choice for Muscat if you do not want to spend a fortune, but still pretty nice and comfortable stay.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, great pool with amazing view and incredible breakfast buffet. Try Foysal‘s cardamom tea - the best tea I’ve ever had! Definitely 10 out of 10
