Hak Huot Hotel I

No hot water. Very poor Wi-Fi. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The hotel is extremely overpriced for what you get.

The staff are BRILLIANT, very friendly and accommodating. 🙏. Room service is fast and smooth. Can have food and anything from the menu delivered to the room. Menu prices are reasonable and not too expensive. I stayed 4 nights at this hotel with my girlfriend and it's a romantic place to take your partner if you want some quiet time away from the busy city streets. The buffet breakfast is included and very tasty, with a choice of farang food and Khmer/Thai/Chinese fusion. The rooftop pool is a great place to chill out, and has the best view 360o view of Poipet. The double room is a good size for 2 people and has a small balcony, fridge, wardrobe, dresser, kettle, cups, safe, TV etc. The bed is comfy and the room is cleaned every day upon request. If you get a bus to Poipet or cross from Thailand the hotel is tall and easy to find. Walking distance from station. 24 hour security. Will certainly stay again! We loved it!!

Please replace the TV's with SMART TVs! 🙂

Very expensive and not good. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Water was cold in the shower. I just think that 60 US Dollars is way too much for 1 night at this place. I can literally go anywhere else in the world and get much better value for 60 Dollars a night. I would not recommend.

There are qualities that are much better than other hotels in the area. - The bed is comfy - TV has english channels - the bathroom has hot water quickly.

The price is expensive for what the hotel is. Even though it does have a swimming pool, I still think it's pricey overall. The breakfast is not all that nice, but I don't think it's catered for westerners. The room is basic like any other cheaper options.

We just needed somewhere to spend the night after travelling by train from Bangkok. This hotel was great for a short stay.

Not the hotel's issue, but Poipet is not a tourist town, so the choice of places to eat nearby was limited. The bed was too hard for our liking.

Location made it easy for my first time poipet.

The lift was not working on a number of occasions. Room somewhat small compared to what i've had in the past. The foot of the bed had little space to manuver around. Not a big deal though.
