Check-in fast and easy. Problem they only provided 1 room and 1 elevator keycard, asked to other cards. Answer not possible. Come to find out a day later, you could get another card for 200 baht (which you got back on check-out). That info would of been nice when I first asked. No Hot Water for Showers. Biggest Negative of Stay/Trip. Free Wifi acceptable, though definitely not fast. Breakfast Supervisor and Kitchen Staff honestly the best part of my stay. Standard breakfast, but Staff very friendly and helpful. Liked that they had 24/7 Security and CCTV Coverage of the Property. * WOULD be a 3-Star Property with Hot Water, but sadly can only give it at most 2 Stars.

No Hot Water for Showers.
