excellent location in old town , clean warm and comfortable bed.

Fantastic location, easy check in, comfortable, no frills but reflected in cost. Value for money paid. Loved the free travel card.

The apartment is perfectly located right in the center of the ancient city center with lost of beautiful cafés, shops and great access to cultural activities. The area is very safe and the apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Would it definitely recommend to family and friends!

The apartment is centrally situated in the old city with bus, tram and taxi by the door step. It is clean and wifi is excellent. Everything is at the door step.

It would be good to have the kitchen knives be sharpened (they were quite blunt). A pair of scissor would be a great help. A broom would be helpful to help clean and information what to do with bags of rubbish especially for those who stay a week or more, since cleaning is only done once a week.

Great location in central Innsbruck. Suited our family to have an apartment rather than hotel room. Useful to have kitchen facilities in the apartment and a washing machine available in basement (€5). Plenty space for family. Lift available.

Check in was at the basic hotel rather than the apartments. No dryer with the washing machine which we only realised after washing our clothes despite the room being called a wash and dry room. Due to the heat we managed to dry the clothes in the apartment. Shower was loose on the wall therefore had to hold the shower head when using.

Kitchen wasn’t as well equipped as I would have liked (no baking pans, no measuring cups/spoons, no oven mits, no cleaning spray or paper towels). Bed was awkwardly placed against the wall.

Great location. The small apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for a short stay in Innsbruck. The bed was also very comfortable. The apartment is away from the Main Street down a side street and was very quiet. Everything we needed regarding shops, bars and restaurants were within a very short walking distance. Checkin/out was effortless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend to stay here.

The location was perfect!! It's downtown and everything is close by! We loved having the extra space along with a small kitchen. The appartment was also clean.

Be aware that there is an additional one time cleaning fee of 50€ that needs to be paid upon check in. I didn't realize that when we booked the room.
