Basic Apartments downtown

Location, nice staff, cleanness, air conditioning

The only issue was that we had to pay a separate cleaning fee at the check in. We’d prefer to know the total cost before booking!

Great location. A bit small for our family of 4 (2 teens). Very basic.

Location good. No breakfast included.

Unexpected additional charge of Eu50 for cleaning! Sometimes the key card for the outer door took several attempts to make it work. Lighting in the room was not very bright.

The location is very central but noisy too

Very noisy appartement. Several amenities were broken / damaged. Even Electrical wires in bedroom could be dangerous. Bed is not confortable (too smooth). Unfortunately Not good value for money

Location and the size of the apartment.

There were some exposed electrical cables between the bathroom sink and the vanity mirror. Not sure if that's safe.

Central Location. Comfortable accommodation in the centre of the city.

Kitchen would benefit from a microwave and a toaster. Shower is over a bath which is slippery. A non slip mat would be a great addition as my wife slipped in the bath and fell over.

The location is perfect. Very close to everything but in a quiet street. Collected key from Basic Hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful and only a short walk away. Ideal for us using public transport (free with ‘Welcome Card’) not sure how convenient if you have a car. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.

A bit awkward in our apartment with the double bed against the wall so one of you has to clamber over the other one or shuffle down the bed. There appears to be room to have the bed the other way round?

Location is perfect. Very close to the river, old town, restaurants, and stores. Room is clean and spacious for 3 adults.
