Sehr schönes, modernes! Riad.( nach dem authentischen, lauten Marrakesch, war ich froh, abends zuhause zu sein 😄) . Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles super sauber.

Etwas laut, wenn das hotel belegt ist. Aber dafür hatte ich ohr Stöpsel. Die Terrasse fand ich sehr schön, hat aber Potenzial nach oben. Könnte etwas gemütlicher ausgestattet werden. Da hätte ich mehr Zeit verbringen können.

kamers zijn goed onderhouden

Ik heb helaas een bijzonder slechte ervaring gehad met Miostello. Tijdens mijn boeking werd het bedrag twee keer van mijn rekening afgeschreven, terwijl ik maar één kamer had geboekt. Ondanks dat dit duidelijk kon worden aangetoond, weigerde men het dubbele bedrag terug te betalen. Tot mijn verbazing bleek de kamer bovendien nogmaals verhuurd, waardoor er feitelijk twee keer is geïncasseerd voor dezelfde nacht. De manager beloofde mij vervolgens een voucher voor dezelfde periode volgend jaar, maar kwam hier later op terug zonder enige uitleg of oplossing. In plaats van excuses of een compensatie ontving ik zelfs een boze mail van de riad waarin werd aangegeven dat ik niet meer welkom ben, puur omdat ik om een correcte afhandeling vroeg. Kortom: zeer onprofessionele communicatie, geen respect voor de klant en een zorgwekkende manier van omgaan met betalingen. Ik kan Miostello helaas absoluut niet aanbevelen.

Hilfsbereites Personal, sehr freundlich und leckeres Frühstück...Heizung im Zimmer, Haartrockner vorhanden und genügend Wasserdruck in der Dusche...alles in allem Tip top...wir kommen gerne wieder.

El trato del personal

El ruido de algunos huéspedes a la hora de llegar al hall, situado en el patio. Dado que no todo el mundo respeta el descanso de los demás, no sería una mala opción la colocación de un cartel que advierta de la necesidad de respetar el descanso de los demás.
