Die Matratze war genau richtig....es ist sehr sauber und das erste Riat mit Haartrockner...es hat mir wirklich sehr gut gefallen...das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr nett...

Es war sehr neu, sauber und vor allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten und gab keine große Auswahl.

Great location. The staff were extremely kind, very welcoming and truly professional. They offered us tea both upon arrival and at departure, which was a lovely touch. The property is charming and very clean, with two terraces overlooking the Medina. I really liked the mix of classic and modern style. Breakfast was simple but good.

I was not aware of what Medina will be like and that there are limitation to access it with car. Hotel is located near the entrance which is good, because taxi cannot drive into Medina. Room was spacious, clean, two bathrooms are perfect for multiple travelers. I got everything I needed. I'd give additional bonus to reception staff - those guys are perfect, they accommodated me at 1AM when I arrived, helped me a lot with restaurants, suggested activities, told some tricks. It was excellent choice. Also I was offered airport transfer.

It depends on a traveler, but sound isolation could have been better - you could hear other people leaving early. I assume they were not aware of how well I could hear them. Other issue is breakfast - taking into account that riad is basically located in the Medina (it's a market) itself, breakfast options could have been wider.

The property is very clean, and Salah at the main desk was very helpful as a female solo traveler from the UK he made me feel safe! Very accommodating 5stars for Salah

Séjourner dans ce riad a été une expérience absolument inoubliable. Le lieu est tout simplement incroyable, d’une beauté rare, avec une atmosphère majestueuse qui transporte immédiatement ailleurs. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé, et l’ensemble dégage un charme authentique qui capture parfaitement l’esprit du Maroc. Mais ce qui rend vraiment ce riad exceptionnel, ce sont les équipes. Les employés sont d’une chaleur et d’une gentillesse extraordinaires. Toujours souriants, disponibles, attentionnés, ils ont rendu notre séjour non seulement confortable, mais véritablement spécial. Leur sens de l’accueil dépasse toutes les attentes. 🫶🫶🫶🫶 Je recommande ce riad sans la moindre hésitation. Une adresse incomparable, où l’on se sent accueilli comme un invité de marque du début à la fin.et surtout très bien placé, nous avons quasiment tout fait a pied

Good location, very nice interior of the Riad with lovely rooftop. We did like the breakfast included in the price. Also the staff was friendly and did a good job.
