Fantastic spa experience, merging apartment and spa experience in one. All spa facilities were clean and working as expected.

Small notions, a bit more cutlery and glassware would be appreciated. Maybe a user manual on how to best user spa facilities would be welcoming.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet.

All was perfect

Everything was absolutely perfect for us. We had parking, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature and the privacy was exceptional. We could not fault it

There was nothing for us to dislike

Everything. The moment we open that door, it felt like you we were in a different world! It was clean, warm and cosy with everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and were on hand to answer every message within half an hour. The staff were very supportive when I lost my passport in the airport. Just knowing they were willing to help really helped to calm my nerves. The information message was very very useful we used some suggestions when we arrived and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. It was so easy to arrange a lift back to the airport. The whole building felt safe and very secure. If you don't book a stay here you're not really living your just surviving. If you cannot treat yourself, find someone who will cause you do not want to miss out on such a nice experience. I have no idea why its not a 5* Thank you for such a lovely experience. I will definitely find a way to come back! 😊

Its not that I didn't like this, but It would have been a great help if the information massage was sent a few days before so that we had a chance to look up the suggestions beforehand, like downloading the taxi apps so we didn't get bumped at the airport haha. The information message had so many great suggestions but we were on our way and unable to look through it properly. Maybe a few more towels and a mop will be a good idea has the floor can get very slippery. We chose to just walk bare feet.

Spa is absolutely amazing! The temperature is just perfect. Quite spacious. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Located too far from the center, there is nothing around. If you wanna have dinner, it's best to order delivery, there are no good restaurants nearby. The bedroom is a bit stuffy and humid so it's not that comfy for sleeping.
