Prostrano. Vrata od sobe kad se zatvore ne cuje se buka od vode iz bazena

Wifi uopste nije bio dostupan,prozori nisu mogli na daljinski da se podesavaju kako je bilo receno pa smo baveci se time dosta proveli vremena..Voda u bazenu je bila dosta hladna. Podesavanje djakuzija tj.opcije za mehurice itd nisu radile tako da nismo mogli da upalimo svetla u djakuziju ili da podesimo masaze.. Takodje dok smo pokusavali da palimo i gasimo svetla za prostoriji u to vreme u djakuziju se osetilo kao da u tim momentila prolazi struja (osecaj kao da odjednom trne ruka ili deo tela koji je u vodi).To se pojavljivalo dok smo pokusavali da namestimo svetla preko prekidaca i posle je nestalo ali bilo je dovoljno da utice na nas posle toga da li smemo da udjemo u djakuzi ili ne. Inace ne pisem recenzije ali kada nesto kosta 306e za noc msm da treba da bude sve perfektno i da sve radi bez da moras da trosis vreme na takve neke stvari ili da zoves za vreme svog boravka odgovorne za to da dolaze da popravljaju..Inace je apartman lep,prostran,aparati za kafu/caj rade,prociscavas vode u bazenu je bas glasan i mislili smo da ce biti izazova da se spava ali kada se zatvore vrata od sobe zvuk se prigusi sigurno 70-80% tako da bar nama nije smetala buka.. Ostalo nadam se da cete podesiti posebno deo za djakuzi jer mozda nije nista ali nije bilo ni najmanje prijatno posle usuditi se uci u isti. Smatram da su te stvari itekako bitne jer se ticu same bezbednosti ali i samog utiska i ostajanja posle tu..

Staff is great and the facilities in general too.

We could not connect the smart TV in the room to the internet and, hence, we could not watch Netflix and similar in the room. It is not a super big deal but when you are paying a certain price you do expect everything to work perfectly.

The apartment was amazing and astheically pleasing - a luxurious design and very spacious. Customer service excellent. Enjoyed all the welnness facilities. Easy to communicate and quick to respond to all the request we made when we asked for extra towels and a pot.. Had a wonderful stay!

Even though the apartment was amazing, it could do with a little touch up in some areas. Attention to more detail was needed especially when paying so much money. For example, painting areas that are showing a bit of tiredness. TV in the bedroom had scratch marks on it. Better quality towels - and to provide more than one set. If you're using the pool, jacquzzi etc the towels becomes soaked, not nice to reuse a wet one when you have a shower. Also making sure that the shower products are refilled (we run out of shower gel) and was only there for one night and morning. Also as it's an apartment, a few more utentils should be included in drawer space as there's faciities to cook (which we did). We were able to just about manage, however, having a knive set, and extra pot(there was only one)so forth to make the experience a bit more easier. Coffee and Tea were provided but no milk, even the UHT sachets would have sufficed. They mentioned we will be greeted with free refreshments at the minibar which only water (not that it was not aprreciated), but how it was written we thought it would be a little bit more then water.

The sauna was very nice - it takes around 45 minutes to be ready. Hot tub and steam shower are also good and helps relaxation. The mattress on the bed was comfortable

The bed is next to the door, and the bednook is separated by the aquarium. That aquarium is NOISY. The sound of water haunting you in your sleep. Also the apartments for 190€ a night didn't had the knife. And when I asked for the knife twice by the text message, no one answered me. And when I called (we needed to cut the cake for my hubby's birthday), manager said that reception is closed and they can't help us. We ordered a knife and left it there, might be useful. Also the apartment has ceramic cold floors, and they only give you two towels per person - no comfy slippers, no bathrobes.
