The room we had was adequate but the window was small and on opening the door there was a smell of damp

Es ist ein sehr besonderes, schönes Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen, schönen Lage. Syrakus, Noto etc. sind gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit viel Auswahl, ansprechend hergerichtet, besonders der selbstgebackene Kuchen von Samantha war sehr lecker. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. war Es gab ein toll

The pool is great for laps. The location is good as you have easy access to everything if you have a car.

Too many cats around, especially during breakfast. No one is watching them and they get to your food on the table while you are on the buffet:

Very nice property. The room was ok and the outdoor amenities very nice.

The breakfast could have been more diverse.

Schlechter Kaffee (Cappuccino mit Milchpulver, häufiger Ausfall der Kaffeemaschine), Poolhandtüchern gegen Aufpreis, Zimmerreinigung immer erst am Nachmittag, Katzen im Frühstücksraum, unaufmerksames Personal (Frühstücksbuffet wurde häufig nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt)

Everything was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The title was exquisite breakfast, but for our group we felt it was very lacking in protein. You can only eat so many hard boiled eggs. The WiFi was absolutely terrible and a needed amenity for our group. Also, they cleaned our room and took my one blanket I had to use for warmth and didn’t bring a new one back. There was no attendant after 8:00pm so once I realized this there was no way to get a blanket. I also was never charged the room taxes and had to send an email with my card information and I didn’t like that situation. They were not available when checking out and we had to give our cards to the breakfast attendant.
