Island Guesthouse and Motel

Small rooms but very efficient, clean and new. Parking tricky but manageable. Located on the highway but astonishingly quiet in the room. Easy walk to downtown.

The property was very well maintained. They offered a coffee bar and also had bags of ice to take back to the room. The hostess was outstanding! She gave great recommendations for dinner. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. The property was also dog friendly. Our stay was wonderful!

Island Guesthouse and Motel was a very clean and cozy little motel. The rates were excellent along with the location, downtown Manteo. The rooms were recently renovated so the bathrooms are new showers and fixtures. We plan to stay there latter this year when we travel back.

Great location, service, and close to the outer banks. The owners were friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. The rooms were clean and always were equipped with new sheets and towels daily.

Had a lovely overnight stay in one of the guest rooms in the house. Room was very clean and in an excellent state of repair. If you can't climb stairs, one of the motel rooms would be better suited for you.
