When I rightfully demanded respect for my privacy, the receptionist became extremely aggressive and started threatening me, saying he would blackball me and tell all other hotels in the area that I am "crazy" just because I stood up for my rights. This is not the first review mentioning that the staff becomes aggressive whenever a guest raises a valid issue. Due to this hostile environment and safety concerns, I was forced to check out one night early and lost my money. Además, yo era la única huésped en la habitación en ese momento. Cuando le reclamé, fue extremadamente grosera y afirmó que tenía derecho a abrir mi taquilla privada. He cancelado mi estancia inmediatamente. Es un lugar peligroso para dejar tus cosas, no respetan la propiedad privada ni la ley. Tampoco hay lavadora. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Me gustó la atención cálida del personal, el sitio es acogedor y las habitaciones son acogedoras, limpias y bonitas.
