Staff very kind, friendly and helpful. Great location to wedding venue Welford Park.

The mattresses on the single beds in the twin room were not very comfortable, the bed frames were so light that almost moved when I got into bed and pillows lumpy. Room was cold, couldn’t operate the radiator and it was too late to request assistance. Walls very thin, I could hear the whole conversation of the couple in the room next to me. There was a tapping noise (pipes maybe) that woke me up in the morning.

Beautiful old thatched pub, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks and a warm welcome. The room was immaculate and comfy. Great value in a great location.
