1. L’adresse indiquée sur Booking n’est pas correcte. Nous avons dû chercher pendant environ 15 minutes avant de trouver l’établissement. Il se situe en réalité près du Leopold Café. 2. L’eau chaude est disponible sur demande. Il est nécessaire de s’adresser à l’équipe afin qu’elle active le système d’eau chaude.

La ubicación y ya

Al llegar a la habitación asignada, encontré las siguientes condiciones graves que afectan la calidad, salubridad y confort de mi estancia: * Presencia visible de moho en paredes y/o techo. * Olor intenso y persistente a humedad. * Olor a tabaco en la habitación, a pesar de que se anuncia como espacio libre de humo. * Presencia de ceniceros en la habitación, lo que contradice la política de no fumar publicada. * Sábanas húmedas debido al exceso de humedad en el ambiente. He informado al personal del hotel, pero la situación no se ha solucionado. Estas condiciones incumplen lo prometido en la descripción del alojamiento y afectan directamente mi salud y bienestar.
