"good location but basic"

very good location - all main destination can be reached by walking at the backside a lot of restaurant for good price at the front is the colaba market and famous restaurants

not the cleanest - some hair on the bed sheets staff does the minimum but not very helpful I think typical for delhi and mumbai, you have to pay more for the hotel and get less compared to the rest of india

I was satisfied with the location. But I was bitten by ticks. And the shower is not available in hot water. Furthermore, I couldn't get electricity due to a power outage.
