Panama Garden Resort

Was here for a week. Mostly it is a bus tour/start of hiking hotel, but I was there for family reasons so maybe experience differently. Staff and service are amazing. John the driver and Dorothy stand out. Very clean and accommodating in terms of the infrastructure. Great (unheated) pool and lovely bar. I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast (included) was awesome. It is not quiet because of the roads, so if that is an issue stay elsewhere, but overall I really enjoyed my stay at Panama Gardens. The staff and service are first class!

Nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel car il est proche de notre famille mais pour la première fois nous avons demandé de check out 1 h plutard a midi et ils nous ont demandé de payé 45€ de plus c’est inadmissible, la douche ne fonctionne pas et ce n’était pas la chambre que nous voulions 2 petits lits au lieu d’un seul grand lit. Aucune remise et nous avons du partir à 11h , je ne le recommanderais plus et je n’y retournerai plus

It is a good place to stay for a short time before you climb Kilimanjaro, they take care of your bags and the beds are comfortable, spacious rooms. It is air conditioned

The service is not good, the water is cold in the showers. You will wait 1-2 hours for your food, sometimes they forget to put your towels or toilet paper in your room and you have to ask many people to sort it out. The staffs intent is good but the service is shocking at this hotel. It is completely overpriced for a super average breakfast, average facilities & slow slow slow service.

The overall atmosphere, plants , trees, poolside area was charming, The stafff were cheerful,welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent and began promptly at 6.30am. Very useful and important for those of us with abusy day ahead! The vening food was cooked to order and also delicious. The water heater in our room did not work but the room was otherwise good and the housekeeping also good.
