"Went to Bolton for short notice trip, The Bridge made it easy for us."

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Vinny was very helpful in making our stay easy. Everyone we spoke to made sure that our requests were met fully and quickly. Staff can make or break a Hotel - they made it.

External parking is free, but can be hard to find a spot. Not The Hotels fault, just busy on nearby street parking.

"Pleasant comfy room but no breakfast and sometimes noisy at weekend."

Good location within Horwich and room was nicely decorated and bed comfy.

Loud music on Friday night which could be heard from two levels up. Luckily this stopped around 10.30pm. The website and information card in room stated breakfast was served from 9.30am onwards, but when we went to reception we found out the hotel hadn't served this for weeks. This was one of the main reasons we re-booked this after having staying last year and enjoying a lovely breakfast so we were left feeling a little dissapointed. To add to this there was no milk provided in the room so I couldnt even make a cup of tea.
