Great place, just a little hard to find it.

Location and atmosphere. Your staff from 3/1-3/2 were pleasant, kind, and very helpful. Jade (Jada??) was wonderful and put up with my sleep deprived questions. Bless her.👍🏼💐🌞

I was on the top bunk in the 4 woman room. I had trouble getting in and out of bed - even with an additional ladder! I should have asked about a lower bunk.😔

Quiet place, at an accessible location in Santurce.

We were unable to adjust the AC & we were freezing in the middle of the night.

Addition to property answer! - That is a lie about room looks like on a pictures- u added them after ma checked in and complained -maybe u have someone… but where r they?!?!? - i left after 1st night! I have a reservation as evidence of place i stayed( problem they i had to come back to keep looking to someone to return a key) - thank u for agreeing that your place is dangerous with drinking mid age guys all over!

Prime location. Walking distance from everything.

I want to start at the beginning. On the first day I arrived at the hostel to pay because my card was not accepted by the system (American card, Visa circuit, which I used without problems during the whole trip). At the reception the cash register was not working and I could not pay. I tried to go back the next day to pay the bill, but since I had already booked excursions for the holiday and the reception hours were 10:30 to 16:00, it was not possible. On the third day I ask if they have any other payment options and they tell me no. The only option was to pay in cash, so I ask for a discount for several facilities that were marked on their website but were not actually available. There was also mold everywhere in the bathroom, including the picture above the toilet. On the third day, my only bathingsuit of the vacation is stolen, and I write a letter to the other guests to get it back (I ask the front desk to check the cameras beforehand, but I get no response). I am accused of writing a threatening letter and lying about the stolen bathingsuit (ridiculous in that I had to buy another costume because mine was gone). I end up with the "professional" message from the receptionist, who tells my mother to go shit in her language, as if I could not understand. Outside of professionalism, they will never see me again.
