"Horrible Experience. would not want this for anyone"

The Check in was Horrible. The Check in person (A Mr Ambrose) was rude and dared us to leave even without asking us details of our travel. We arrived late due to travel delays He made us wait in the parking and pay while still awaiting check in instructions. He was least concerned about our stay and since it was late and we were in a new city, we didn't have an option but just pay and check in. Customer service was Horrible. If you want a nasty experience try this one. The Shower was leaking to the corridors, the fixtures in the bathroom were broken and he refused to give us the Wifi details. Extememly disappointed stay.
