0 right. I service and the manager is bad he don’t know how to talk the customer ..and also wife is not working……

I liked the building, it was very spacious and comfortable

The WiFi was very weak and couldn't connect to streaming services or support video on virtual calls

Friendly staff. Quick fix of a technical problem. Washing service was great. Fresh air (compared to downtown). Nice view. Good windows protecting against mosquitos.

Convenient for Kampala centre, Secure Establishment. Kitchen was clean.

The cleaner didn't have a set time to clean, it was rather random. The manager was rude, we had a four day power cut, and not once did he come and apologise or ask if there was anything they could do, until the last day, he came to offer two extra day, knowing that I was booked to leave. Also I didn't appreciate being made out to be a liar. When I booked on the site I was told to bring USD for payment as they don't accept cards,they only accept usd. I went to a Reputable agent and got the exact money. I arrived on the Monday night, and told the gate man that I would pay in the morning. The next morning I asked him how much, he text his manager and confirmed in usd the cost, I had the correct dollars which I gave him, he checked them and seemed to have a problem with the 50 dollar note. After two hours he came back and said they didn't want the dollars, I needed to pay in ugandan shillings. I told him I didn't have any, so they needed to take what was agreed. I then got a phone call from the manager,who disputed what was said on booking.com. Eventually at 8pm the manager turned up and said I needed to go with him to the Cambio, I told him I was not happy going out that time of night with money, he then said you can pay for the nights you have stayed and leave, so I had no choice but to go with him to change the Dollars, upon changing I had to add £40.00 to the Dollars to give them what they wanted in shillings. I find this practice very untasteful. I would be grateful if the owner of this establishment would contact me, as he has a nice place, but if things are not dealt with it could be reuined by staff who don't care, and have no idea of customer service. I would stay there again, but things need to change starting with the Managers attitude.
