Eric Wilkins Apartments

It was spacious and we felt at home and also clean with modern facilities. Guard Ambro was super flexible and helpful and he assisted us a lot.

Cleaning and other support services were slow and not proactive. We even had to call 5 times just to clean the apartment or provide toilet paper.

I never stayed because after my booking was confirmed and I was calling for the directions the person keeps telling me they don’t know the Eric Wilkins apartment and that I got the wrong number.

Not sure since I never saw the building.

The check-out process could be a little smoother. Perhaps the place is best suited for folks who don't have to drive into Kampala CBD daily since traffic on Entebbe Rd can be intense. However, it's understandable that this is beyond the management's control.

The location is ideal especially if you want to escape the city traffic of Kampala. The apartment is clean and comfortable bed with big spacious rooms. A big terrace and kitchen appliances. Also, there's parking and most of all beautiful palm trees. But, next time on our next visit to Uganda provide us with more cutleries....But highly recommended

They needed some more garbage cans in the rooms instead of just one in the kitchen.

The apartments are very clean and modern. They truly cater to the lifestyle of people like us visiting from other countries. To me, it felt like home away from home. I liked the staff. They will look after your needs; I mean within reason. I was especially impressed by the Manager, Mr. Ashraf. You will never guess that he is the Manager. He is a very humble man and a true professional. For those guests who expect breakfast, the place does not provide breakfast but remember that these are fully furnished apartments and you will be able to prepare your own breakfast and other meals. There is a stove (I think they call it a cooker in Uganda). There are other things too, such a fridge, kettle, microwave, cups, plates, utensils, coffee-maker, toaster, etc. I got to say that I was surprised that they even provided sugar and salt.

My only complaint was the WIFI. I found it to be very spotty. It could be because I am used to super fast internet in my country. I also found that the sluggish bandwidth was due to the Internet Provider, and not the Management at Eric Wilkens Apartments.
