"Our favorite place in Italy!"

Central location, great A/C, great shower and comfortable beds and most of all the hostess, Bea is very attentive! I really appreciated how all the recycling and trash was labeled and how there was tea and coffee available, it was really home away from home! Next time I will stay longer :)

Tutto perfetto.. .. A partire da Beatrice, che ci ha accolti con una cordialità fuori dal comune, all'appartamento dove sembrava di essere a casa propria dopo 1 minuto., per finire con la posizione... Centralissima e fantastica. Insomma... Raro trovare di meglio!

"Beatrice the best hosting the coloured house the best place to stay in Assisi"

The property was wonderful exceeding my whole expectations. Very good position in the city center and also very inclusive being at the ground floor so easy to reach. The parking is very close and you can drop your luggage off and than after go to the parking. Beatrice is extremely welcoming and gives you all the instruction to enter the location even if she is not there. I highly recommend the host and the place indeed very good for old people as well and families with kids. I was with my parents who hardly walk so the stay was perfect and inclusive for people with disabilities being at the ground floor. Would recommend thousands times. Beatrice is the best at hosting!!!

The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The host was very responsive to all our questions. The location was ideal. It made our stay in Assisi very memorable.
