Very comfortable and easy to find. Great location because it was out of the centre so lovely, quiet and surrounded by green. The communal kitchen is a fantastic idea because you have all the facilities to cook something on your own or buy some ready made meals to eat there. Loved the idea, a first for me, because I hate always to have to eat out at restaurants all the time when I'm on holiday. Great choice and will definitely choose this option again.great staff too, all of them were so nice and helpful

No bedside light. Groan. I love reading in bed and really missed having a bedside table and a bedside light. Can't stand reading on my phone or e-books, so this was a big letdown for me. Thought a uni might have considered that there are still some old-fashioned paper-readers out there still. Terrible to read when all you've got is a strong central overhead lamp which blows away any feeling of settling down and coming to the end of your day.

it met our needs, though i thought there would have been more for the young adults in the group to do without walking the mile into town

Although spartan, the accommodation was exactly what we expected and wanted. Unfortunately we were only staying two nights in Galway and this accommodation (normally for Uni students) was perfect for us. You have access to a common room with fridge and microwave. This allows you to make your own breakfast. A great way to explore Galway (and its surrounds) on a budget.

Nice quiet location with plenty of area for the dog to run. Laundry was useful
