The location is perfect! Nearby the ferry terminal about 5-7mins walk. Near the downtown too. Just beside the seaside and the Fukuoka tower!

The room and facilities’ cleanness is worse than I can imaging. There are obvious dust on the top of electric kettle and microwave oven and desk. I have to clean it by myself to ensure the drinking safety! But the bed is comfort and cozy.

周辺が静かだった。

部屋が下水臭かった。排水トラップの水切れと思われたので、各排水菅に水を流して解決した。 ウォシュレットが故障していた。

"とても快適でした"

福岡国際会議場に近く、とても便利でした。洗濯機、冷蔵庫（冷凍庫）、電子レンジがきれいで自由に使えて快適でした。ベッドが大きくてとても気持ちよかったです。

たまに排水溝のにおいがしていましたが、この値段や洗濯機が設置されてることを考えれば、仕方のない範囲かと思う。
