The check-in experience was absolutely pathetic. We were informed that it was a self-check-in process, but when we arrived, the tablet was malfunctioning, and we couldn't complete the process. To make matters worse, our request for early check-in was completely neglected, and no one seemed to care. The lack of guidance was appalling – we had to sit on the floor for three hours waiting for someone to assist us, and even then, it was a struggle to get anyone's attention. The communication was terrible; it was extremely difficult to contact the staff, and when we finally managed to get through, they seemed uninterested in helping us. Even something as simple as disposing of trash became a challenge, as there was no one to guide us on how to do it properly. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

ホテルと違って、部屋に電子レンジや冷蔵庫、洗濯機があって便利でした。
