Good location. Very helpful and courteous member of staff assisted us to gain entrance.

Not as clean as it one expected for a £25.00 'Cleaning Charge', a change of towels would have been good and the area was very noisy at night from revellers. Very steep stairs, television not very good. No proper table and chairs to eat at.

Place clean amd well furnished but too damp especially if you duffer from sllergies. Dampness smell is too strong.

Cheaper and better than a hotel.

This is a spacious and comfy property, with separate bedroom, lots of storage, and a reasonable kitchen and bathroom.

I am 1.64 metres tall. Anyone taller would have to stoop in the shower as my head was almost on the ceiling... For very tall people i imagine it would be very uncomfortable. It would be good to add a cafetiere to the kitchen. It is spacious but expensive, and is some distance from the town centre.

The bed is reasonably comfortable

Noise from upstairs made it impossible to sleep, had to buy earplugs, could still hear footsteps and snoring all night long. There is literally no soundproofing, they clearly don't care about the guests enough to soundproof. The basement apartment has no windows in the toilet and the fan doesn't get rid of stale air well enough, so there is a constant damp muggy smell that can't be gotten rid of. It really is a bad apartment and needs significant work to make it suitable for paying guests. The place is clearly making huge amounts of money with multiple apartments and not enough of this money is being put into improving the place for guests. It can be as shiny and new as a 5 star hotel, but if you can't sleep, it is worthless. Sleep is paramount, make it soundproof!
