Laurel House

Stayed in Flat #2 which was bright, clean with a separate kitchen eating area, a separate living room and a separate bathroom. Was not expecting to have milk, tea, coffee and sugar available. A very nice touch indeed. Would stay there again, close to bus stops and Tesco Express for food.

Very clean and quiet. Location near to the town centre. There was an electrical problem when we arrived late in the night, which affected the cooker, oven and kettle. We got a quick response the next morning.

A TV in bedroom. We travel alot and this is a standard but not a major issue. One towel per person at least two would be appreciated No dinning table but a centre table. Trays should have been provided so as to put your meal on your lap.

Lovely little apartment. Everything you need for a little break. Nice pub just round the corner.

The guests above us were running around their apartment like elephants. Not sure what they were doing but it sounded like they were moving furniture and stomping around with shoes on for hours.

Good location. Easy to check in

Advertised as having patio & garden but had neither. Raised this with the property - received no apology & was told I'd got what I booked. Beds were so uncomfortable. Lighting is hospital grade. Extremely loud music playing until 11pm & from 6am. Attached pics of "patio" & "garden view"
