Sin duda una joya escondida; sin embargo es un lugar apara ir a desconectarte y olvidarte del mundo, hay poca señal telefónica y el internet es limitado e intermitente.

El hotel en general la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones llenas de telarañas los ventiladores llenos de polvo, inclusive los platos con bichos muertos y polvo. El agua también se fue y en las habitaciones con vista al mar no hay aire acondicionado y en verano cuando fuimos hacía mucho calor. La alberca estuvo cerrada el día que llegamos también estaba sucia.

Everything was great. Things I liked: 1. Free breakfast was very good (yogurt, granola and fruit then an omelette and beans and rice). 2. Location is 200 feet (or less) to the best kite surf beach in El Cuyo 3. Room was great (comfortable bed, refrigerator w freezer, coffee maker (no coffee).) 4. Jamie at the on-site kitesurfing school was a great source of knowledge of local conditions (Tropikal Kite Surf) Things I didn’t like: 1. Check in process was painfully slow 2. We arrived at 2:15pm and they wouldn’t give us our rooms until exactly 3pm. Because they said: “check in time is 3pm”. Overall though, 10 outta 10. I will be back !

Beautiful place

Overall the hotel the is pretty nice, very stylish and it's also quite comfortable. Would stay here again. Don't forget a fly-swatter as there are tons of them. The breakast is nice. The location was generally peaceful but apparently no staff are on hand late at night so when the people upstairs get into a long, loud, inside the room and down the stairs argument/fight in the middle of the night there's nobody from the hotel to tell them to quiet down. A nice bonus is that drinking water is availalbe from the bar and the room has a refillable container for it.

Wow, really loved this place. I could have stayed here much longer. The furnishings were comfortable, clean and the place just had a fresh feeling to it. The place is immaculate, the breakfast was great. Honestly I am already planning another trip back in July with more people and bringing my dog and wife this time. When we first booked we were worried we were too far out of town. The opposite is true, it is in the best location at the edge of the town, with literally miles of deserted beach to the east, and the best parts of town a short walk or bike ride away.

The place is located in a great spot, however the level of service of the workers is very poor , no one speaks English except for the owner and he is not in the reception most of the time. The breakfast is okay but it is the same everyday.

the hotel is beautiful the location is idyllic.. the food is decent.. the staff is nice but things are a bit disorganized. lots of questions about whether we had prepaid or not and little things like this which were a little frustrating. service was good on the whole in the restaurant and team is friendly... my friend believes she left a small wallet in the room we were in the first night and it did not seem to turn up and the service trying to get assistance with this process has left a lot to be desired. overall its a great property and i would return..

The hotel is located in a very secluded place right across from the sea. We had a room with a beautiful view of the sea and a large terrace. The nicest thing about this hotel are people that work there, everyone is very nice and accommodating
