Staff very helpful and the breakfast was excellent

Very warm and welcoming and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious.

The chef each morning was very friendly. The egg dishes were well cooked and delicious, a good choice for a contemporary meal. The bed was very comfortable, and a very good mattress. I slept well.

The room was cold at night and I could not turn the radiator up. When there was an event on, such as a big dinner, the noise was very audible. There could be more sound proofing.

Location excellent for our needs. Breakfast and staff were superb. Room was good size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom lovely and clean.

Pronounced smell of stale smoke which was discussed and known by other guests. A couple of bottles of water bottles are standard in rooms today. Bath towels were on the small side.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating. At the time the UK was in the middle of a very cold storm and the property was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was a good size. Breakfast was great.

Very tasty breakfast . Lovely bedroom , comfortable , clean .
