"perfect for stay in kyoto"

really lovely room. we had the shared bathroom room which was very good. shared kitchen was brilliant, so great to be able to use microwave (also lots of utensils for cooking if you wanted to). lovely to have free tea and coffee. staff very friendly. location was easy bus ride away from attractions, lots of bus stops close. the cafe/restaurant downstairs was nice as well

bed wasn’t very comfy, we found it more comfortable to sleep the other way around

Great location on a quiet street. Easy to get to areas and a nice little cafe and communal area. Beds were comfy, showers were clean. Staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to help us.

Being on the 3rd floor next to the communal kitchen you could hear people quite clearly, but that's about the only thing I can think of. Self check-in after 9pm.
