寝巻き無しは不親切、容認できません。 21時以降フロント不在も京都ではあり得ない。そこをクリアするのがホテル業ではないですか。

it was clean, organised, and well-maintained. the staff were helpful and happy to answer your questions. there was laundry room if needed. it is good value for the money. neighbourhood was also quiet and clean. bus stop is near to the place too.

the distance from kyoto station is a little bit far. if you have a very early flight.. you need to schedule well your time.
