Joyce is a wonderful soul. She was so helpful and made the entire check-in process seamless. I was contacted days before I checked in and she kept me up to date, even letting me know about the immigration eTA. She helped to facilitate everything from the airport pickup to information about fun place to enjoy my weekend. She is a 10/10 for customer services and makes you feel welcomed and at home

De accommodatie was prime. Het betrof condo 46. Deze was netjes en comfortabel met uitzicht op de Atlantische oceaan. Wij hebben begrepen dat de kwaliteit per condo sterk kan verschillen omdat particuliere eigenaars de huizen bezitten.

Close proximity to everything.

Better staircase to second flloor to narrow for luggage going up stairs

The location was walking distance from food, and taxi’s. Very central and also close to the beach.

The facilities need to be maintained. Everything is outdated. The faucets were dripping. The shower head needed changing as well as the couches. There was no working air conditioning remote. The front door didnt lock properly either nor did the downstairs shower look appealing to use. Great property but it needs alot of renovations.

Excellent location. Near restaurants and supermarkets. Loved the pool. 10mins walk to the Frigate Strip. AC & wifi was great. Joyce was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. Would stay there again.

The spiral staircase. Not great if you have mobility issues.

Good location to explore St Kitts. Easy access to local restaurants and small supermarket. Nice pool. Extremely comfortable bed on top floor. Kitchen is well equipped and there is an efficient washing machine & drier on the ground floor. Good and easy communication with managing agent who kindly agreed early check-in and late check-out.

Our unit, no.6, was tired and in need of an update. The bathroom is particularly tired. The toilet for some reason is extremely low! There were a couple of leaks in the unit when it rained. Despite having air con and fans it was difficult to cool the place down. The sofa is a bit uncomfortable and needs replacing. For these reasons we felt the unit was a bit over-priced.

The loft was nice. I wish there were vacuums on the island, but I understand they re rare there. The beach there wasn't accessible, which I wasn't aware of when I booked. Apparently you can visit the beach at Marriott, but I wasn't aware of that. The over all, home stay loft was great for my family. I'd stay again, if I ever visit again.
