extremely well maintained & sensibly equipped. very responsive and customer friendly managers Luca & Liam .good location . we paid extra for a parking spot but was worth it.

the WiFi was weak and the smart Tv was not configured with internet connection. our stay was brief so we didn’t bother to ask.

WiFi — poor connectivity

Great location, lovely staff, easy check in! Clean and comfortable winter place.

WiFi was terrible and kept disconnecting. There was no chopping board available which made cooking difficult and no salt grinder. Smoke alarm was extremely sensitive and would go off everytime we opened the oven, fried anything even with the extractor fan and when opening the door after showering.

We were told someone would meet us at the property. But no one came and we had to call up to find out how to get into the apartment. When we first arrived, we say hair strands under the chairs and a lot of dust in some places. It was cleaned once during our 2 week stay. I think we got in just after it was cleaned and the floor was still wet and again, hair was all over. It looked like the room had been swept before a vacuum. Well furnished and equipped. However, on our first day, we found that the toilet had a leak and a few days later the washing machine door didn't open after a cycle. Our clothes were inside for a day, until someone came to repair it. The cell / batteries of the tv remote and clock had run out and weren't working. The internet stopped working for an entire day after which it was repaired. But it kept disconnecting every few minutes and it was a total nightmare if you were visiting the UK and didn't have data on your phone. The mattress is quite soft, so if you're used to sleeping on your back or stomach, you'll have an ache in your neck next day. We were in the apartment for two weeks and had to replenish toilet paper, coffee pods, etc ourselves. Also the property's mailing address is not clear and all your mail goes to another building next door.
