We spent five nights at Devan Guest House, and we literally felt at home by the end of our stay. We spent a bit of time using the beautifully laid out kitchen. We'd been travelling for five weeks so the kitchen was a bonus to allow us to cook our own meals. The rooms are a perfect size, and the bed super cosy. The swimming pool was delicious to cool down in after a long day out. It is a bit of a drive to the hussle and bussle of the main Canggu area. If you want peace and quiet this place is for you. There is a shortcut for scooters next door, so can be a bit noisy. However, the noise settles down. The family that run the guesthouse are super cute, and we wish them well for the future. Vera even gave us her own scooter to use as a rental : thank you 😊

I like how there’s small number of room and it faces the pool like exactly in the picture

It’s a bit out of the way off the main street

Cackroaches in the bathroom, had to resign from the booking and move to another hotel.
