The staff were very accommodating and helpful

The location... it's on the beach but not a nice area. The pictures look amazing but the place is very third world

The pool water was not really good, not like in the picture.

The room was beautiful, like in a fairy tale , cozy and clean. The staff helped as much as they could. The view from the place is really beautiful, and with the scooter, you can enjoy the ride watching the amazing mount Batur..

The location was OK but the beach in front of the place is not easy access or safe for swimming. * I'm not too sure if it was about our checkout dates or what, but we didn't have water from the night prior to our departure, however we asked the staff and they helped to fix the problem.

The location is right in front of the sea and the cottage was picture perfect as advertised

The water supply was somewhat salty like seawater. Maybe its due to drought season recently, so perhaps they resolve for other water sources to accomodate the guest

The staff was friendly, didn't speak much English but they tried their best. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was really poor quality, cups have chips and cracks, it was cold already when they served. Bathroom was smelly and not so clean,no to mention that the toilet is in the middle of your shower, your toilet roll and the toilet will always get wet, lol. Location is 45 min by car from the port, far away from restaurants and shops, you definitely have to rent a scooter or taxi.
