Booking.com was selling rooms in that hotel without getting a confirmation that the rooms were available. And the rooms were not available. When we arrived, we discovered that the hotel was sold out many hours ago, way before we booked the room.

Location

The fact that… booking.com said $100 returnable deposit… Marriott said $250 and you couldn’t decline or dispute because you would be charged a nights stay anyway… and then they hold it for 10 days🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ … we were not given breakfast vouchers which were suppose to come with my price… very disappointed and I use booking.com faithfully… not happy about this one‼️
