Extended Stay America Premiere Suites - Ukiah

The room was very nice and it was nice they allow dogs. Clean and comfortable.

I paid for my daughter and her partner to stay ther because she was pregnant with twins, and she needed to be close to the hospital which was great. But I paid for 2 weeks in advance and that was a month ago. But she ended up delivering the babies a week early so they didn’t need to stay the 2 weeks and when we wanted to get reimbursed for the 1 week they told us we had to contact booking.com which I didn’t even realize we went thru booking.com. So when we contacted them they told us they had to contact extended stay and they would get back to us in 10 days but still no reimbursement. Very frustrating because it’s alot of money. I just want to be reimbursed.

Really clean and new. Great staff. Loved it.

Towels aren’t great but can’t beat the price!

what breakfast - coffee and cookie bar no hot water for cocoa packets or tea that is not breakfast we were expecting

staff had no idea of where to catch a meal close by - said to travel up the road and find something --- no coffee machine in room so could not get something warm to drink before turning in -- very spartan room

Staff not helpful, no coffee machine service in room, no breakfast other than mild coffee and quaker bars, had oatmeal packets but no bowls nor hot water, had tea packets and cocoa packets but no hot water, room and area clean but very spartan, looks more like rollaway type bed frame, won't go back

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Location was great!

Not one thing

Room was very clincal and spartan. Although it was an extended stay with a kitchen there was absolutely nothing in the room to use in the kitchen. It was completely empty. There was not even a coffee maker in the place. Every otehr extended stay I have been to at least has the very basics. This was compeltely cleared out. For the money I spent, I could have stayed somehwere much nicer.

Room not stocked at all and no coffee maker. Staff was helpful only when asked and only when prompted.
