Extended Stay America Premiere Suites - Ukiah

Nothing unique here - a very basic room with no extras, no frills. The bed was not comfortable.

Large rooms, very clean. Good sized fridge and TV.

Breakfast was extremely limited. Just some granola bars, instant oatmeal, and coffee. Very disappointing!

Great place to stay for business. Pretty quiet. Spacious rooms. Great staff. It's a drive to get to anything but not far.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I only stayed one night at the end of my trip, but that was more than enough. I’ve stayed at Extended Stay hotels before, and this location is an embarrassment to the brand. The room had no kitchen items whatsoever—no utensils, dishes, pans, napkins, or even a coffee cup. If you wanted anything, you had to go downstairs and request it from the front desk, where the staff made it clear they were annoyed you even asked. Extremely inconvenient if you just wanted to heat up dinner in your room. The laundry facilities were basically useless; all but one machine was broken. The room itself was clean but reeked of bleach. The chair in the room was filthy, with food on and under the cushion. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were ridiculously tiny. And then there was the so-called “breakfast.” What a joke. They put out a handful of miniature pastries (maybe 9 total), a few granola bars, and instant oatmeal packets. This should not be advertised as breakfast. Extended Stay should be ashamed to have this property representing their name. I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want even a basic level of comfort or service.

The room was nice and the hotel was located in a central location, I was able to cruise online and get laid. The only negative about the hotel was the so-called continental breakfast, it was lacking. The Danishes was tiny and stale, the variety of offerings was dismal. I ended up having to use the vending machine and get some strawberry Pop-Tarts.

We were satisfied, we got a clean room and good night sleep, no frills. Amore, at the desk, was very friendly and talkative. No usual perks for overnighters in most places.
