"10/10 Location and amazing staff, Highlight of our trip in Da Nang"

Breakfast was a good buffet with plenty of options, the best was the villa itself. 100% would recommend this, very clean and modern. A 2 min walk has you on a private beach which was quiet and picturesque. Great for a large family.

Nothing - everything met or exceeded our expectations.

"Great Villa for families. It could do with other restaurants given it’s called a resort. Requires a stronger partnership"

The property was beautiful. Staff very helpful and attentive. The villa was very spacious for all of us. However my complaint was that I had asked not to be near the car park of the reception area after reading reviews about the privacy. And when we arrived we were booked in the villa that was exactly what I didn’t want despite requesting. However they did compensate with other areas like late check out and breakfast.

For a five star, no listening or acting upon the request we had a month or so prior. This was disappointing as cars and buggies were always there when we were at the villa.
