Mykonos Earth Suites

Staff Kristala and Salvador were the best, very recommended. We wanted to get back to the same hotel next year.

Very luxurious design and feel. Only 15 rooms so very quiet. We stayed in a honeymoon suite which was beautifully finished and designed with a lovely pool and outside area. Staff were all very friendly and always catered to our needs. Breakfast choice and quality was very good too.

It is in a location which is only a 15 mins walk to town, however it is slightly higher up the island so there is a bit of a hilly walk sometimes when walking back.

Nothing much to like about this hotel. Other 5 stars hotels in Mykonos are far better. I know because they are we not my first visit.

- curtains in room have holes, and old, so much light comes inside room we couldn’t sleep well - Pool is very unclean. Not sanitized properly I got infection after swimming the first time then I stopped using it. - Towels look overused and not so clean - Sink is low, very hard to brush teeth properly and wash hands - Housekeeping will remove iron every time because they only have a couple. Also they remove dirty cups and don’t replace them. - Location is on top of hill and unpaved dirt road. Walking is impossible, public transportation impossible, and many Uber drivers have trouble reaching through GPS location - Staff are generally nice but very cold - TV is very very tiny. - Zero activities inside the hotel. Nothing to do at all and zero art.

Accommodation quality was excellent.

The hotel was on top of a hill, so when returning the short walk was up the hill and steep - so flat shoes needed.

The hotel’s location is close to the center, the staff were extremely kind—especially the receptionist who was very helpful. The room’s interior design was beautiful, and the room service team was outstanding!

The pool was not clean, and when I arrived the filters were not working for two days. Even after they were turned on, the water was still not clean enough. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom towels and bed sheets.

Absolutely loved everything!!! Highly recommend. We had our own private pool. The sunset view from our pool was breathtakingly beautiful! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and kind! Breakfast every morning was very good. Location was perfect - make sure you are in shape - grab your walking shoes - down and up a few steep hills - to get to the famous downtown area. ( rent a car if you are not up for the walk into town every day - 15 minute walk ) On the main road - there is a store for anything extra you may need - food, snacks, water, wine - for us it was our beer stop. ( they close at 11pm) We spent one day at the beach, down the hill from the hotel. Public area was free - chairs and umbrella at the resort $30 a person. DJ was great at the beach! The Restaurants in town were delicious - lots to choose from - we traveled in May so we didn't need reservations. Around 11pm the DJs at the clubs started - it was packed - dancing and energy was fun! Very safe - even at 2am - walking back to hotel was safe - just watch the traffic - you are walking on the side of the road, no sidewalks. We will be back soon! - hope this helps- it was a great experience!! Loved our vacation!

Loved the living roof of hotel. The view spectacular sunsets. Would stay again. Bed very comfortable!!!

The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. The pool and lounge chairs in the common area were also lovely with beautiful decor

No tea or kettle facilities in the room. There was an Nespresso machine with pods. The pods were replenished daily however upon check out the hotel charged for the coffee pods and advised they are only complimentary on the first night. The water in Mykonos is not for human drinking consumption and the hotel offers no complimentary water in the room. Considering bottled water is only .50 euro cents the hotel should offer daily bottled water. The only option was to pay 4€ for water. I have never in my years of travelling experienced such poor service. The security safe was also faulty. I had maintenance staff called twice to open the safe. The design of the room looks nice however it is not functional. There is no full length wardrobe to hang your clothes. There is also no drying rack to dry clothes, should you wish to hand wash. There is also no in room temperature gauge to customise your heating and cooling.

Amazing staff, super clean and sleek rooms. So attentive and amazing views.
