Modern design. Openness of room large heated pool loved! (Not a jacuzzi and we were very happy about that!) View. Breakfast was outstanding! Best tasting and fluffy omelette, great choices cooked to order. If you want breakfast or any delivery to room vs eat at pool bar (10 euro delivery charge).

Maintenance across the property- our room pool has dark brown ring around the edges on white paint. Dead or almost dead landscaping in planters and in front of pool facing towards water there is a 6 ft gravel area with very few plants living you stare at due to height of pool edge. Open hatch to a ladder and pool equipment open entire time should be closed. Workers kept walking around this area on gravel while we were trying to swim. Wood peeling on top part of full length mirror . Mold growing on ceiling above bathroom sink. Flicking lights and burnt out lights on stairs going down to room from lobby entrance. Disappointing because the property could be very nice if maintenance was done. The modern design has an appeal. But when you’re spending almost $1000 a night the bar is set at higher expectations of the property experience. We have no problem paying that it just needs to meet the expectations. The staff were very personable. However, didn’t take any initiative to be helpful. In a sense when we asked recommendations for restaurants, they did provide a list via WhatsApp, but we specifically mentioned what we were not looking for Greek food cuisine, mid scale but not fine dining, and it was just a generic list sent to all guests…..No personalization - at luxury resort with only 11 room - you should be catering to the guest and offering to make reservations , going above and beyond anticipating our needs. Just upscale your level of service. (We experienced top service at other hotels we stayed on other islands that cost less per night)… This is advertised as a new hotel but it’s over 6 yrs old and not well maintained sadly…. Most important to know that though the hotel is 20 minutes walk to Mykonos -the road is very narrow and has high traffic at all hours with no sidewalks. Too dangerous to walk. Plan on spending 36 euros minimum each way (they say the government requires a minimum of 36 euros to take a 5 min taxi ride anywhere….
